The harvest of cabbage in Karaj, using Zargreen’s organic liquid fertilizer, increased by 25.6%.

In the agricultural year 1401, Zargreen’s organic liquid fertilizer was used under the supervision of agricultural experts from the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Alborz Province for the cultivation of agricultural products.

Zargreen Company conducted an experiment with its organic liquid fertilizer on a cabbage farm owned by Engineer Mirjalili, who is a graduate with a master’s degree in agriculture and was selected as the national organic and healthy product producer of the year 1400. The farm is located at Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center.

One hectare of land was assigned for evaluating the effects of Zargreen’s fertilizer treatment, and an adjacent half-hectare was designated as the control (without the fertilizer treatment). The cabbage seedlings were transplanted to the main field in late Shahrivar, and two stages of fertilizer treatment were applied.

The first stage of fertilizer treatment was carried out three weeks after transplanting the cabbage seedlings, with an application rate of 30 liters per hectare of Zargreen’s organic liquid fertilizer. The second stage was repeated 14 days later. At the same time, chemical fertilizers were used in the treatment and control fields.

The cabbage harvest started on 22 Aban 1401, and various traits such as plant height, weight, stem diameter, and final yield were assessed.

The results of the experiment showed that the average plant height in the treated field was 41 cm, which was 13.9% higher than the control field’s average height of 36 cm.

Additionally, the average plant weight in the treated field was 900 grams, while in the control field, it was 715 grams, indicating a 25.6% increase in the treated field.

The average stem diameter in the treated field was 47 mm, whereas in the control field, it was 35 mm, indicating a 34.3% increase in the treated field.

Overall, 81 tons of cabbage were harvested in the treated field, which was 25.6% more than the 64.5 tons harvested in the control field.

The collaboration and trust of Mr. Mirjalili in using Zargreen’s organic liquid fertilizer demonstrated that the combination of local expertise and experience can yield positive results for the country.
